Who are these shoots for?

These retreats and shoots are for anyone wanting to build their portfolio and connect with other creatives! All experience levels are welcome. Do keep in mind that these are not education-based shoots, though. You are more than welcome to ask questions, but we won’t have any formal lessons.

Are you taking COVID precautions?

Yes, we want your experience with Eye to Eye Collective to be as safe as possible. We will continue to monitor CDC recommendations, but as of now, attendees will be required to submit their vaccination card or have a negative COVID test within 72 hours of the shoots.

What if I end up not being able to attend a content day or retreat I purchased a ticket for?

If you end up not being able to attend, for whatever reason, you can sell your ticket to someone else wanting to attend. We have created this Facebook page HERE as a way to connect those who are wanting to sell or buy tickets.

Will it be operating rain or shine?

Yes, the shoots will be happening regardless of the weather unless there is reasonable information to assume it will be dangerous. We will have rain backup plans for each shoot.

Will additional spots ever be added on the ticket number originally stated or for sold out content days/retreats?

We do reserve the right to open up spots if we feel the base number was set too low (for example, if we end up switching to a larger rental house) and it will not be detrimental to the original attendee count.

Please note, we will never open up additional spots from people simply asking for it to be done as we put heavy consideration into the number of attendees.

If spots do open up, they will be posted HERE first.

How extensive will the sets, accessories, and props be?

This varies from shoot to shoot. Each couples shoot will have, but is not limited to, curated outfits, accessories, and props. Each elopement will have, but is not limited to, florals, flat lays, and more. Each micro wedding will have, but is not limited to, everything previously mentioned, a table and dessert setup.

Is transportation between shoots included?

Transportation is never included between shoots. We will let you know if we recommend having a car or if we think you will be able to get around with public transportation.

How long are the shoots?

The time varies from shoot to shoot, but you will always have adequate time to capture the shots you’ve been dreaming up. Two shoots will be happening at the same time for most set-ups, so you won’t be bumping elbows with others.

Is there any education within these?

Unless explicitly stated, there are no educational ascpets incorporated into these events. We at Eye to Eye Co. will be there and open to questions, but we will not have guest speakers or presentations.

Are all permits obtained with shooting in locations that need them?

Whenever and wherever a permit is called for it is of the utmost importance to us to have them secured and to follow all protocols in accordance with each locations.

Are tickets refundable?

All tickets are non-refundable, but are transferable.

Will there be a payment plan?

Absolutely! We want these shoots to be as accessible as possible. The cost will be split into three equal payments, the first being a non-refundable retainer. If you have a payment plan request, let us know and we will try to accommodate. Please note that once the contract is signed and the first payment made you are locked into the remaining balance.
