3-10 months out // tickets launch

• Mood boards released

• Dates + check in/check out time or start/end time released

• City or State released

3 days after launch // pre-sale 

• Access to presale and $50** off if you are on the email list or in the FB group (can be accessed HERE)

6 days after launch // general sale

• Tickets will be available as long as there are ones left

6 weeks out // ALL final payments due

• Please note that if any payments are overdue all previous payments and the tickets are forfeited

4 weeks out // in-depth timeline released

• Addresses for shoots sent out + general locations for shoots (if exact coordinates will need to be sent out)

1-2 days before // coordinates released

• Texts with coordinates to exact meet up locations

• Not all shoots will require these

Day of  content day/retreat

• Entire vendor list released

SECURING YOUR TICKET

After ‘sign up’ filled out

• Contract and invoice sent with 24 hour expiration.

• Ticket not secured until contract signed and first payment made.

• Tickets are first come first serve.

• Optional payment plan.

After contract signed + invoice paid

• Questionnaire + general information for where we are going and what to expect will be sent.
